Penny is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management Education at King’s Business School and a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
As the CIPD Coordinator within the Department of Human Resource Management and Employment Relations, she brings extensive industry experience from her previous roles as a management consultant, manager, and HR/OD Manager in London and Sydney.
She also holds a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM).
Dr An Nguyen
Deputy Programme Director
King's College London
Dr An Nguyen is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management at King's Business School, and Deputy Programme Director of the online Global Human Resource Management MSc.
She has extensive experience in leading large courses, supervising dissertations, and conducting both online and face-to-face tutorials in HRM at UK universities.
An is committed to exploring new educational approaches and fostering partnerships between students and staff.
